Beyonce x Lemon Perfect: the singer invests in a brand of bottled lemon water

Beyonce turns lemons into, well…hope for a multi-million dollar return, as the latest investor in Lemon Perfectthe famous brand of bottled lemon water.

The singer was announced as one of Lemon Water’s newest investors on Thursday, as part of the company’s $31 million Series A funding round, which also included capital from consumer products funds like Trousdale Ventures, Beechwood Capital and NNS Capital.

Although the singer won’t be on board as an official ambassador, she will no doubt grow Lemon Perfect organically as the company looks to continue its pace of growth. Founded in 2017, representatives of Lemon Perfect say the brand quadrupled its revenue in 2021 and expects higher numbers this year.

As the name suggests, Lemon Perfect is cold-pressed organic lemon water, now available in several flavors (think “Blueberry Acai”, “Dragon Fruit Mango” or “Just Lemon” as is).
