C5 Capital strengthens its executive structure with the appointment of Paul Singer as Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Paul Singer brings experience in building high-growth businesses and operational excellence
WASHINGTON, May 25, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Capital C5 the venture capital firm specializing in investments in cybersecurity, space and energy security, has appointed Paul Singer as Chief Operating Officer.

Singer brings more than 30 years of technical, financial and operational experience as a management consultant, product manager and chief operating officer for global Fortune 100 companies and government agencies. Most recently, he was a senior director at global digital services company WestMonroe, where he was responsible for negotiating outsourcing deals and helping companies align their business strategies with their operating models to reduce costs and to improve performance.
In his new role, Singer will advance C5 Capital’s strategy to support portfolio companies with global go-to-market and growth, as well as lead all internal company operations, including finance, fund operations, investment and marketing. Paul will be based in the C5s washington d.c. headquarters focused on improving our operations in the US, UK and Europe.
