Gospel singer Dunsin Oyekan survives accident, ‘it’s a miracle’

Popular gospel singer, Dunsin Oyekan survived a car crash on the Lagos-Ibadan highway.

Oyekan was involved in the accident while traveling from Lagos to Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, on Saturday.

The gospel singer was billed to attend Bishop Wale Oke’s church program in Ibadan before the incident.

The Star has learned that one of the singer’s crew members was injured in the accident while the musician was unharmed.

Dunsin thanked God for their survival.

The singer, in a post on Saturday night, said, “Indeed, God is sweet to worship (OLUWADUNSIN).

“God is my glory, the one who lifts up my head.

“Isreal’s goalkeeper neither sleeps nor slumbers, he watches over his word to execute it.

“Glory to God now and forever.

“I remain in awe of God!!!

“I’m perfectly fine…. Body, soul and spirit….

“Thank you all for the calls, the messages, the prayers and the good wishes.”

The gospel singer still traveled to Ibadan for the ministry at the Spirit Sword Ministries on Saturday.

Speaking about the incident, the entertainer said he was resting in the Toyota Landcruiser for a bit when he suddenly found himself under a trailer.

Dunsin said the fact that he emerged unscathed is a miracle.

He still ministered at the event.
