Jon Singer joined Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr as a partner in the firm’s Baltimore office.

A litigator and business attorney, Singer represents international, national and local publicly traded and private companies in trial and on appeal in state and federal courts across the country. He handles complex commercial, consumer protection, product liability, real estate and employment litigation, including class action and other litigation involving the business, which frequently involves claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, product defect, breach of contract. , breach of fiduciary duties and breach of covenants imposing non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality obligations. His state and federal consumer protection work includes claims involving the MCPA, MCDCA, MCALA, CLEC, FDCPA, TILA, RESPA and TCPA.

In his role as outside general counsel, Singer advises clients on legal risk, contracts, regulatory compliance and other matters affecting their day-to-day operations and strategic growth. Jon often collaborates with and supervises the firm’s attorneys in all areas of service to help meet a wide range of client needs.

The clients Singer represents include real estate investors, developers and contractors; multi-family housing operators and commercial landlords; banks, lenders and mortgage managers; professional sports teams; product manufacturers and distributors; and cannabis companies.

He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore Law School and his BS from the University of Maryland.
