Singer Ankit Tiwari reveals ‘pathetic experience’ at 5-star hotel in New Delhi: ‘No water, no food’

Singer Ankit Tiwari criticized a five-star hotel in New Delhi for poor service on April 21. Claiming to have had a ‘pathetic experience’, Ankit shared a video he took while standing in the hotel lobby at 1.30am and told of other hotel guests waiting for him. staff provide them with food and water.

In the video, the singer said that since the hotel doesn’t allow outside food, guests are at the mercy of staff who don’t pay attention to their needs.

On top of that, Ankit revealed that if guests pleaded with staff not to have food or water in their rooms, they were threatened with bouncers.

He added that the children were also crying for water and food at the hotel. He urged the state government to take action against hotel authorities and went on to mark the official handshakes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

With the hotel failing to provide its guests with basic amenities, Ankit called his stay at the hotel a “hostage”. In the video, he revealed that the hotel is called Royal Plaza which is located at Connaught Place in New Delhi.

Many netizens supported the singer in the comments section. A Twitter user asked him to demand an “immediate cancellation of the hotel license”. “If they took money they will have to do a favor. It’s amazing that this only happens in the capital,” the tweet read.
