But before that, he was determined to make sure he sampled some of the Irish capital’s favorite brews.

Right after landing, he tweeted: “GUINNESS”.

The Manchester legend is no stranger to these coasts and has often been seen enjoying pints in various Dublin pubs.

He also travels often to the west of Ireland, to his mother’s home town of Charlestown, Co Mayo.

Gallagher has also previously spoken of his love for Tayto chips.

Tomorrow night’s gig will be a long-awaited return to Dublin for the superstar.

Fans can expect the frontman to sing some of his own hits, along with a stream of Oasis classics such as Live Forever, Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova.

In May, he released his third number one solo album, C’mon You Know, followed by two mega shows at Knebworth.

He will be joined at his concert in Dublin by other indie rockers of the 90s, the Charlatans.

Speaking about the gig, the singer tweeted: “Absolutely delighted to announce that on 27th August 2022 I will be performing at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham. It’s going to be biblical. C’mon You Know. LG.”

Very limited tickets are still on stage for the show and they are available from Ticketmaster.

Meanwhile, concert managers have warned thousands of eager fans heading to Gallagher’s concert in Dublin that no early queues will be allowed.

Gig patrons said: “If patrons show up, they will be turned away at restricted area points around the venue.

“Queuing in the streets around the site will disrupt local residents and we urge customers to heed this advice and respect the community living near the site.”

Strict security checks will also be carried out before fans can listen to some of their favorite Liam Gallagher tunes.

Backpacks and large handbags have been strictly prohibited on site and there will be no storage facilities provided on site.
