Singer Miguel revealed as buyer of Leonardo DiCaprio’s Los Feliz Tudor

Leonardo DiCaprio’s Los Feliz Estate Sold Just Over A Month Ago, And Now It’s Been Revealed via Dirt that Grammy-winning singer Miguel Jontel Pimentel and his wife, model and singer Nazanin Mandi Pimentel, were the home buyers. The couple paid $4.9 million for the property – a steal for the Pimentels, but no doubt a disappointment for DiCaprio who bought the house for an extra $10,000 four years prior.

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Tudor-style home was built in 1926 and still displays many of those original details. The vaulted ceilings and numerous fireplaces with intricate moldings are particularly imposing, and judging by a recent Instagram post of Mme Pimentel where one of the hearths figures prominently, buyers think so too.

The sale to Miguel adds the third celebrity layer to the 4,644 square foot property as DiCaprio bought the pad from Moby. The musician spent from 2016 to 2018 renovating the house and, unlike DiCaprio, had a much better chance of turning a profit, earning $1.5 million from the sale minus brokerage and renovation fees. Moby’s investment in the space has left it with tasteful modern accents that don’t feel out of place with period details that remain intact, like the bright new kitchen and breakfast nook. Off this nook, patio doors open to a covered alfresco dining area which leads to stairs that lead down to a secluded swimming pool, nestled under mature trees for added privacy.
