Texas Attorney General’s Office Paul Singer Joins Kelley Drye, Bolsters State AG Practice

Mr. Singer has over 20 years of experience in Texas Office of the Attorney General having spent the majority of his time in the Consumer Protection Division, including as Division Head. Most recently, he served on the agency’s executive leadership team as Associate Deputy Attorney General for Civil Litigation, where he oversaw all plaintiff-driven civil litigation for the Attorney General, including Consumer Protection, Environmental Protection, Antitrust, Medicaid Civil Fraud, and Bankruptcy and Collections. A significant part of Mr. Singer’s practice has been leading major multi-state investigations, many involving Fortune 500 companies, where he has repeatedly led 50 states plus the District of Colombia to colonization, many of which amount to several million dollars.
