In the video, the Glasgow-born singer’s mother and stepfather can be seen walking towards the front door.

The couple try to enter the house directly before realizing it is locked.

Forced to wait less than 20 seconds, her mother fumed, “Open the fucking door. Damn, it’s freezing.”

Sharing the clip on TikTok, Nicole told her 244,000 followers, “The doorbell rings again.

“My little Glasgow mother is something else.”

Nicole, who now lives in London, then joked that her mother had “no patience” as she waited in temperatures of 2C.

The video went viral after racking up nearly 400,000 views on the social media platform since its publication on Sunday.

And fans can’t get enough of the singer’s impatient Glaswegian mom.

One of them said, “Accent makes it 10 times better.

Another joked, “Hilarious. When a sweet little woman looks like a gangsta gran.”

Meanwhile, a third wrote, “Omg, they were there for literally two seconds.”

Can you be fined for having a ring doorbell?

Nicole retired from the X Factor in 2017 due to “other exciting opportunities.”

The astonishing Scotsman, who was crowned Capital’s One To Watch, returned to the talent show six years after previously attending training camp at the age of just 16.

She has since performed with Ed Sheeran and Zara Larsson and wrote a number one billboard for girl group Twice.

In other Ring Doorbell news, we recounted earlier how a Scottish plasterer was shocked after a passing drunk knocked on his door asking him to come get an “s ****”.

Elsewhere, this woman thought she managed to get a guy into her room on New Years Eve – then her mom sent her the MOST MORTIFY text.

Student Carley thought she turned off the family video doorbell before bringing the guy back.

And a mother who was frightened by a mysterious monster that rang her doorbell late that night was stunned when she found out the identity of the cold caller.
